Pumpkins Bananas Chocolates OH MY!
This is my crazy healthy alternative to "Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte"...don't get me wrong I love my occasional Starbucks, but I much prefer 70 superfoods vs. some of the drinks with artificial flavoring and color.
I even added non-fat Greek yo for some extra protein and a banana!
RECIPE:
~1 scoop Vegan Chocolate ShakeO
~1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
~1/3 pumpkin
~1 small banana or 1/2 large
~a dash of pumpkin pie spice or pure pumpkin extract.
