Fitness: A Journey, Not A Destination.




~You might hear this a lot...but it's very true. Why is fitness a journey? You mean you don't stop working out and living a healthy lifestyle once you reach your goal? NO! 

~You gotta keep going. Otherwise, you'll have to start all over.

~When you start getting stronger, your goals change. When you start getting stronger, you have to push yourself harder to keep getting better. When you start getting stronger, fitness becomes a lifestyle. When it becomes a lifestyle, you become a fitness junkie. ♡
